Refund policy

Refund Eligibility

ScrivoInnovate offers refunds for products that meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase
  • Products must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for refund

How to Request a Refund

  1. Log in to your ScrivoInnovate account
  2. Navigate to "Order History"
  3. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return
  4. Click "Request Return" and follow the instructions
  5. You will receive a return authorization and shipping label if applicable

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • You will receive email confirmation when your refund is processed

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us immediately through our support portal
  • Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We will arrange for replacement or refund at no additional cost
  • You may not need to return the damaged item in some cases

International Returns

For international orders:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • Customs fees and import taxes are non-refundable
  • Please allow additional time for international shipping

Exceptions

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Clearance or discounted items marked "Final Sale"
  • Opened software or digital products
  • Gift cards
  • Consumable products (inks, adhesives, etc.)
