Order Tracking Process

At ScrivoInnovate, we understand the importance of knowing your order status. Here's how to track your shipment:

  2. Processing Notification: Within 1-2 business days, you'll get a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number
  3. Tracking Activation: Tracking information typically becomes available 24-48 hours after shipment
  4. Delivery Updates: The carrier will provide regular updates until your package arrives

How to Track Your Package

You have multiple options to track your ScrivoInnovate order:

Option 1: Through Our Website

  1. Log in to your ScrivoInnovate account
  2. Navigate to "Order History"
  3. Click "Track Package" next to your order

Option 2: Using Carrier Website

Copy your tracking number from the shipping confirmation email and visit the carrier's website to track directly.

Option 3: Universal Tracking Service

For comprehensive tracking across multiple carriers, we recommend using 17Track:

  1. Visit www.17track.net/en
  2. Enter your tracking number in the search field
  3. Click "Track" to view detailed shipping information

17Track supports most international carriers and provides real-time updates in multiple languages.

Tracking Tips

  • Tracking numbers are usually 10-30 characters long (letters and/or numbers)
  • Allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to appear after shipment
  • Contact our support team if your tracking shows no movement for more than 3 business days
  • For international orders, tracking may temporarily pause during customs clearance

Delivery Information

Standard delivery times vary by destination:

  • Domestic: 3-5 business days
  • International: 7-15 business days (varies by country)
