Terms of service
User Agreement
By accessing and using ScrivoInnovate's services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. Our platform provides writing supplies, paper products, organization tools, and related office products for personal and professional use.
Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to make purchases. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.
Limitation of Liability
ScrivoInnovate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:
- Product use or inability to use our products
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions
- Statements or conduct of any third party on our platform
- Any other matter relating to our services
Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the products in question.
Intellectual Property Protection
All content on ScrivoInnovate, including product designs, logos, text, graphics, and software, is our property or licensed to us and protected by international copyright laws.
Users may not:
- Reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without permission
- Use our trademarks without written consent
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our platform
Refund Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused products in original packaging. To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service team through your account dashboard
- Receive return authorization and instructions
- Ship items back with the provided return label
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the parties. If unresolved within 60 days:
For customers in the European Union: You may submit complaints to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
For other customers: Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce. The arbitration shall take place in Singapore and be conducted in English.
Both parties waive the right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.
General Provisions
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ScrivoInnovate. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Governing law shall be the laws of Singapore without regard to conflict of law principles.
